2 day wedding at Castle Ulrichshusen
There are locations you instantly fall in love with. Castle Ulrichshusen is definitely one of them. This neat little spot lies directly at the Mecklenburgische Seenplatte. I instantly felt that I was in good hands there. A small but cozy room with a stunning view onto the Ulrichshusener lake was waiting for me. I had Anne as my second shooter and assistant with me. That’s why there are 1 or 2 pictures taken by her in this post. We complimented each other wonderfully. The first day started with a small BBQ-Buffet in a restaurant and we used the time to contemplate about the big day. Where were we going to take the group photo, where should the couple shooting take place etc… Of course everything went a little differently than we expected, but as a wedding photographer you are used to that.
Ulrike and Philipp just did everything right that day, no awkward games, just beeing together, talking and celebrating. Lying on the beach, eating delicious strawberries and taking a few pictures here and there, before we went on with a small couple shooting. After what felt like 20 minutes the weather crossed our plans and it started raining which didn’t turn out to be that bad, because we just went on and took some pictures in the castle tower. Just in time for the band to start playing, the rain stopped. It couldn’t have been better. Thank you to the both of you, you are wonderful and I had two incredible days with a lot of wonderful pictures and stories. I wish you all the best for your shared future.
